The monthly Food (and more!) markets are back! The first market of the year takes place in the Bell Inn Car Park on Saturday 15th April from 9.30 am - 1 pm with lots of lovely locally grown and made produce for your delectation and delight.
The usual super range of local beef and pork, seasonal veg, preserves, fresh bread and cakes will be on sale, together with Whittington apple juice. The amazing Tarte au Citron 1963 vintage Citroën H Van, full of character and quirky charm will be a new attraction serving a fabulous array of coffees. On top of all of that there will be a great range of plants on sale from Hazel Russell of Brussels Sprouts and spring bulbs from the WFEG stall.
Our Village Hall will be holding a drop-in 'coffee morning' from 10am - 2pm to coincide with the market - so combine your shopping with a free cuppa and cake!
