Woodhouse Farm and Garden launches crowd funding appeal!

Woodhouse Farm Update

Our friends Woodhouse Farm and Garden have launched a crowd funding appeal to raise funds to complete the renovation work at the 'Pigsty' which is already a lovely community venue for projects working with people with mental health issues, eating disorders and families needing support.

It needs a new roof and insulated floor to help it reach its full potential.

Please have a look at their crowd funding bid and please share on facebook or with others you feel may be able to help:

Woodhouse will be holding events and work parties this year to celebrate the tercentenary of the birth of Capability Brown who designed the landscape for Fisherwick Hall of which Woodhouse was the produce garden.

The next one is on Saturday 12th March, 1-4 pm to carry out clearing work, fencing and pathway creation to restore Capability Brown hard landscaping features like the Ha Ha.

Enjoy complimentary refreshments and homemade cake. For other events see their new website at http://www.woodhousefarmandgardencic.org.uk.
