Save Woodhouse Farm

Birmingham City Council have turned down a proposal from the Stone family for an imaginative Community Supported Agriculture project at Woodhouse farm, where Andrew Stone's family have lived for many years. A public meeting was held in Whittington Village Hall on Thursday 13th August attended by nearly 100 people who unanimously voiced strong support for the project., A group was set up to take forward plans for a Communitty Farm Land Trust..

 

The plans for the project include opportunities for schools to learn about nature and food-growing,.gardening schools for the young, old and disadvantaged, communal allotments and craft workshops    For further information or to offer support or help please contact Annamarie and Andrew on 01543 432005.
